Our business operates at the intersection of automotive, engineering, new powertrain technologies and digital solutions. We work closely on a daily basis with our partners in Switzerland as well as with our manufacturers and technical teams in China.

As part of the continued development of our Technical & Aftersales Department, we are looking for an:

Aftersales Engineer – 80–100%

You will take on a versatile technical role with a high degree of autonomy. In particular, you will act as one of the key technical contacts between our manufacturers, our dealer and workshop network, and our various partners in Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

Aftersales & Technical Support

  • Manage and follow up on warranty cases in collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers and partner workshops across Switzerland;
  • Analyze, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, in direct coordination with the manufacturers’ technical teams;
  • Provide technical support to our dealer and workshop network;
  • Document and follow up on aftersales cases, including diagnostics, repairs, warranty claims and technical solutions;
  • Coordinate cases requiring specific analyses or technical interventions.

Spare Parts & Operations

  • Manage and monitor spare parts operations, including inventory, orders, procurement and logistics;
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and workshops;
  • Contribute to optimizing parts availability and aftersales processes;
  • Maintain and continuously improve our databases and internal tools, particularly AlMoCa.

Homologation & Engineering

  • Participate in various vehicle homologation projects for the Swiss and European markets;
  • Coordinate testing with laboratories, technical organizations and external partners;
  • Analyze and prepare technical documentation;
  • Monitor tests, results and homologation reports;
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain the required technical data and documentation.

Your Profile

Above all, we are looking for someone who is curious, independent and capable of finding solutions in an environment where technical challenges can be highly diverse.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology or an equivalent higher-education qualification;
  • Ideally complemented by a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent hands-on technical training;
  • Previous experience in aftersales, automotive diagnostics, homologation, or with an automotive manufacturer or importer is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for daily communication with our international manufacturers;
  • German is naturally a strong advantage for communication with our Swiss dealer network;
  • Very good IT skills and a strong affinity for new technologies;
  • Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, with an interest in integrating them into day-to-day workflows;
  • Ability to understand, analyze and document complex technical issues.
